NAME

       Dict::empty - Check if a tiny dictionary is empty

SYNOPSIS

       Bool empty( TinyDict<a, b>  dict )

ARGUMENTS

       dict A tiny dictionary

DESCRIPTION

       Returns true if the dictionary has no contents, either because none were added, or because
       all added entries have been deleted.
