NAME

       ElementTree::addElementAt - Add a new child element

SYNOPSIS

       Void addElementAt( ElementTree parent, ElementTree child, Int index )

ARGUMENTS

       parent The parent element

       child The child element

       index The index starting from zero

DESCRIPTION

       Adds a new child element to the parent element at the specified index.
