NAME
       ElementTree::addGeneratorAt - Add a new child generator


SYNOPSIS
       Void addGeneratorAt( ElementTree parent, ElementTree() child, Int index )


ARGUMENTS
       parent The parent element

       child The child element

       index The index starting from zero


DESCRIPTION
       Adds  a new child generator to the parent element at the specified index. This allows the element tree to
       be built up lazily saving memory.
