NAME

       GStreamer::Event::QOS -  Structure describing events that are passed up and down a
       pipeline

METHODS

   GstEvent = GStreamer::Event::QOS->new ($proportion, $diff, $timestamp)
       •   $proportion (double)

       •   $diff (integer)

       •   $timestamp (unsigned integer)

   scalar = $event->diff
   scalar = $event->proportion
   scalar = $event->timestamp
