SYNOPSIS

       String encryptString( CipherHandle h, String x )

ARGUMENTS

       h A cipher handle

       x A string

DESCRIPTION

       Encrypts  a  string  with  the  given  cipher  handle,  returning  a base64-encoded string containing the
       encrypted data.
