NAME
       HTMLDocument::addBlockQuote - Add a quotation block


SYNOPSIS
       ElementTree addBlockQuote( ElementTree parent )


ARGUMENTS
       parent The parent element


DESCRIPTION
       Add a quotation block to the end of the specified element. Quotation blocks may not contain text directly
       - you must add further block-level elements to the quotation block.
