NAME

       HTMLDocument::new - A new empty HTML document

SYNOPSIS

       HTMLDocument new( Doctype doctype, String title )

ARGUMENTS

       doctype  The  document type declaration to use. HTML4Strict is recommended for now due to browser support
       issues.

       title The title for the entire document.

DESCRIPTION

       Generates a skeleton HTML document with the specified Doctype and document title. The document title must
       not be empty. Operations on a HTML document are generally either performed on the document itself, or  on
       its body field.

    doc = HTMLDocument::new(HTML4Strict,"Hello World!");
