       HTMLnesting::isBlock - Might the element be block-level?

SYNOPSIS

       Bool isBlock( String el )

ARGUMENTS

       el The name of the element

DESCRIPTION

       Returns  true  if  the element might be block-level (i.e. the elements that must be block-
       level, plus del and ins ), false otherwise.
