NAME

       HTTP::parseURL - Convert a String to a HTTP URL

SYNOPSIS

       HTTPURL parseURL( String url )

ARGUMENTS

       url The String representing the URL

DESCRIPTION

       Parse a String solely containing an absolute URL into a HTTP.HTTPURL (3kaya)
        The String must begin with the protocol http:// or https://
