       IO::FileMode - Modes for file opening.

SYNOPSIS

       IO::FileMode< >

     = Read()

     | Write()

     | Append()

     | Binary()

DESCRIPTION

       Selects  a mode for IO.open (3kaya) to use. The Binary mode is only needed for reading and writing binary
       files on Windows systems.
