NAME

       IO::flush - Flush all data to a file.

SYNOPSIS

       Void flush( File handle )

ARGUMENTS

       handle The file handle

DESCRIPTION

       Flush all buffered data to the file on the handle. An Exception will be thrown if the file
       is not writable, or if an error occurred when writing the data.
