NAME

       IO::readCheck - Check that a file handle is readable

SYNOPSIS

       Void readCheck( File file )

ARGUMENTS

       file A file handle

DESCRIPTION

       Checks  that  a  file  handle  is readable, and throws either a IO.ClosedFile (3kaya) or IO.WriteOnlyFile
       (3kaya) Exception if not.
