NAME

       IO::writeCheck - Check that a file handle is writable

SYNOPSIS

       Void writeCheck( File file )

ARGUMENTS

       file A file handle

DESCRIPTION

       Checks  that  a  file  handle  is  writable, and throws either a IO.ClosedFile (3kaya) or IO.ReadOnlyFile
       (3kaya) Exception if not.
