NAME

       IO::writeFile - Write a text file.

SYNOPSIS

       Void writeFile( String fname, String content )

ARGUMENTS

       fname A file name

       content The content to write

DESCRIPTION

       Writes content into fname , replacing the file if it exists, and creating it otherwise.
