       Image::ColourOutOfRange - Colour value out of range

SYNOPSIS

       Image::ColourOutOfRange( )

DESCRIPTION

       This  Exception  is  thrown  if a colour red, green or blue component is outside the range
       0-255, or the alpha component is outside the range 0-127.
