       KayaDoc::Constructor - A constructor function


SYNOPSIS
       KayaDoc::Constructor< >

     = Constructor(String cname,[String] args)


DESCRIPTION
       A  constructor  function  for  a  data type.  cname is the name of the constructor, and args is a list of
       function arguments.
