NAME

       Logger::makeLogFile - Create a log file

SYNOPSIS

       Logger makeLogFile( String fname )

ARGUMENTS

       fname The filename

DESCRIPTION

       Create  a  log  file and return the logging method.  The file will not actually be created, if it doesn't
       already exist, until it is logged to.
