NAME

       Logger::makeLogHandle - Create a logging method from a file handle

SYNOPSIS

       Logger makeLogHandle( File handle )

ARGUMENTS

       handle The file handle

DESCRIPTION

       Creates  a  logging  method  from  a  file handle. If the file handle is not opened for either writing or
       appending then this will silently fail.
