       Maths::pow - Power function

SYNOPSIS

       Int pow( Int x, Int e )

ARGUMENTS

       x The number

       e The exponent

DESCRIPTION

       Raise  x  to  the  e power. Because the return type is Int, this is only suitable for non-
       negative e
