       Parse::anyChar - Parse a character.

SYNOPSIS

       Char anyChar( var ParseState st )

ARGUMENTS

       st The current parsing state

DESCRIPTION

       This function parses any character, returning it. An Exception is thrown if the end of the input has been
       reached.
