       Parse::letter - Parse a letter.

SYNOPSIS

       Char letter( var ParseState st )

ARGUMENTS

       st The current parsing state

DESCRIPTION

       This  function parses any letter character (as defined by Prelude.isAlpha (3kaya) , returning it if it is
       found, and throwing an Exception otherwise.
