       Prelude::apply - Apply a function to an argument.

SYNOPSIS

       a apply( a(b) f, b arg )

ARGUMENTS

       f The function to apply

       arg The argument

DESCRIPTION

       Apply  a  function  to  an  argument  - useful for functional programming.  apply(f,arg) is equivalent to
       f(arg)
