       Prelude::toLower - Converts the character to a lower-case letter

SYNOPSIS

       Char toLower( Char c )

ARGUMENTS

       c The character

DESCRIPTION

       Converts the character to a lower-case letter. Non-alphabetical characters are returned unchanged.

       This function may give unusual results with non-ASCII characters.
