       SCGI::firstSpareSlot - Internal function

SYNOPSIS

       Maybe<Int> firstSpareSlot( [ChildSlot] children )

DESCRIPTION

       This function is used internally by the SCGI server to find a sub-server to process a HTTP
       request.
