NAME

       Set::add - Add an element into a HashSet.

SYNOPSIS

       Void add( var HashSet<a>  set, a key )

ARGUMENTS

       set The set to add to

       val The value to add

DESCRIPTION

       Add a new element to a HashSet. If the value is already in the set, does nothing.
