NAME

       Set::elem - Check for an element in a Set.

SYNOPSIS

       Bool elem( a val, Set<a>  set )

ARGUMENTS

       val The value to check for

       set The set to check

DESCRIPTION

       Returns true if the value exists in the set, and false otherwise.
