NAME

       TLS::makeTLS - Initialise a TLS connection

SYNOPSIS

       TLSsession makeTLS( Ptr conn )

ARGUMENTS

       conn A pointer to the network connection resource

DESCRIPTION

       Initialise a TLS connection. Called by Net.connect (3kaya) when the usetls parameter is true.
