NAME
       Time::cookieTime - Return a HTTP Cookie expiry time


SYNOPSIS
       String cookieTime( Time t )


ARGUMENTS
       t The Time, which must be in the UTC (+0000) timezone.


DESCRIPTION
       This  function  returns  a String representing a time in the format used by HTTP Cookies, which is almost
       the same as RFC2822 but differs from it in a few ways for no apparent reason. This format should only  be
       used for HTTP cookies, and not for any other purpose.
