NAME

       Time::isoTime - Convert a Unix timestamp into ISO-8601 format

SYNOPSIS

       String isoTime( Int secs, [IsoTimeOpts] opts=[] )

ARGUMENTS

       secs The Unix timestamp (seconds since 1970-01-01 00:00:00).

       opts  A  list of Time.IsoTimeOpts (3kaya) options. This argument may be omitted and defaults to the empty
       list.

DESCRIPTION

       Return an ISO-8601 format String representing the time from the Unix timestamp. The local  timezone  will
       be assumed (though not necessarily displayed) unless the UTC flag is in the opts array.
