NAME
       WebCommon::contentType - Get the content type of the file


SYNOPSIS
       String contentType( Uploaded file )


ARGUMENTS
       file A user-uploaded file


DESCRIPTION
       Returns  the  user-reported  content  type  of  the  uploaded file (e.g.  text/plain , application/pdf or
       image/png ). Depending on the configuration of the user's system, this information may not be  completely
       reliable,  and  of  course a malicious user could deliberately give an incorrect content type, so you may
       need to perform additional checks in some circumstances.
