NAME

       Webapp::headersSent - Returns true if headers have been sent

SYNOPSIS

       Bool headersSent( )

DESCRIPTION

       This  function  checks  if  the  headers  have  been sent. It is only needed in the webapp
       template to correctly handle application errors.
