DESCRIPTION

   Usage:
              nattribute  {--set|--get}  [--nid  <nid>]  [--ncap  [~!]<ncap>]  [--flag [~!]<flag>] [--secure] --
              [<program> <args>*]

       --ncap <cap>
              ...  network capability to be added

       --flag <flag>
              ...  network flag to be added
