SYNOPSIS

       codcmp -first codon -second codon -outfile outfile

       codcmp -help

DESCRIPTION

       codcmp is a command line program from EMBOSS (“the European Molecular Biology Open
       Software Suite”). It is part of the "Nucleic:Codon usage" command group(s).

OPTIONS

   Input section
       -first codon
           First codon usage file

       -second codon
           Second codon usage file for comparison

   Output section
       -outfile outfile
