SYNOPSIS

       raccoon

DESCRIPTION

       raccoon  takes  a  ligand library and the crystal structure of a protein, forms many small
       jobs to investigate the energy gained  by  bringing  the  two  together,  and  allows  the
       submission of such jobs to a job queuing engine.
