       Builtins::getVM - Get a pointer to the Kaya VM

SYNOPSIS

       Ptr getVM( )

DESCRIPTION

       Return a pointer to the virtual machine state.

       Used  by  some  foreign  functions  which  need access to the virtual machine for such things as throwing
       exceptions.
