NAME

       CGI::safeInt - Convert a string to an Int.

SYNOPSIS

       Int safeInt( String x, Int min, Int max )

ARGUMENTS

       x The string to convert

       min The minimum value

       max The maximum value

DESCRIPTION

       Convert a string to an Int, throwing an Exception if the resulting Int is out of the specified range.
