FUNCTIONS

   Init($namespace)
       Initializes Cache Directory depending on '$namespace'

   Set($namespace, $expires)
       Sets Cache Directory

   Clear_MsgID_Stats()
       Clears 'MsgID Statistics' Cache

   Clear_Taxonomy_Stats()
       Clears 'Taxonomy Statistics' Cache
