       Dict::delete - Remove an entry from a dictionary

SYNOPSIS

       Void delete( Dict<a, b>  dict, a key )

ARGUMENTS

       dict A dictionary

       a The key of the entry to remove.

DESCRIPTION

       Remove the entry with the given key from the dictionary.
