DESCRIPTION

       This role is a helper for Build.PL based installers. It implements the
       Dist::Zilla::Plugin::BuildRunner and Dist::Zilla::Plugin::TestRunner roles, and requires
       you to implement the Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PrereqSource and
       Dist::Zilla::Plugin::InstallTool roles yourself.
