NAME

       HTMLDocument::addHorizontalRule - Add a separator

SYNOPSIS

       ElementTree addHorizontalRule( ElementTree block )

ARGUMENTS

       block The block to add to

DESCRIPTION

       Append  a  horizontal  rule  to  the  block as a separator. Consecutive separators are not
       allowed.
