NAME
       HTMLDocument::getTableHeader - Get the table header section


SYNOPSIS
       ElementTree getTableHeader( ElementTree table )


ARGUMENTS
       table The table


DESCRIPTION
       Gets  the  table header section. If the table header section does not yet exist, it will be created. Rows
       can then be added to the section.
