       IO::openCheck - Check that a file handle is open

SYNOPSIS

       Void openCheck( File file )

ARGUMENTS

       file A file handle

DESCRIPTION

       Checks that a file handle is still open, and throws a IO.ClosedFile (3kaya) Exception if not.
