NAME

       Lire::Config::Reference - Scalar which points to an Index.

SYNOPSIS

         use Lire::Config::Reference;

DESCRIPTION

       This is a scalar coming from a Lire::Config::ReferenceSpec and that will return the
       referenced entry in the Index when as_value() is called.
