       Testing::assert - Check the result of a test.

SYNOPSIS

       Void assert( Bool test, String msg="Unspecified Assertion Failure" )

ARGUMENTS

       test The test result

       msg The failure message, if any.

DESCRIPTION

       Check the result of a test. On failure, throw an exception with the given message.
