NAME

       XML::DOM::Notation - An XML NOTATION in XML::DOM

       This node represents a Notation, e.g.

        <!NOTATION name PUBLIC "pubId" "sysId">

        <!NOTATION name SYSTEM "sysId">

       METHODS
