NAME

       bldsubmit - submit an IP address to a bld host

SYNOPSIS

       bldinsert [host [port]] ip

DESCRIPTION

       bldinsert  adds  ip  to  blacklist  of  the  bld  daemon  listening  on host:port (default
       localhost:2905).
