       Returns a unique list comprised of all the *exp library paths from "Config.pm"

           uniq grep { defined and length } $Config{archlibexp}, $Config{privlibexp}, $Config{sitelibexp}, $Config{vendorlibexp};

   "excludes"
       Excludes a path if its full path is any of "paths"
