       origsplitter -sequence seqall [-size integer] [-overlap integer] -addoverlap boolean -outseq seqoutall

       origsplitter -help

DESCRIPTION

       origsplitter is a command line program from EMBOSS (“the European Molecular Biology Open Software
       Suite”). It is part of the "Edit" command group(s).

OPTIONS

   Input section
       -sequence seqall

   Additional section
       -size integer
           Default value: 10000

       -overlap integer

   Advanced section
       -addoverlap boolean
           Default value: N

   Output section
       -outseq seqoutall
