DESCRIPTION

       Syntax is: pcl_pcd_change_viewpoint input.pcd output.pcd <options>

       Change   viewpoint   information   in   a   PCD   file.   For   more   information,   use:
       pcl_pcd_change_viewpoint -h

         where options are:

        -viewpoint Tx,Ty,Tz,Qw,Qx,Qy,Qz
