                                                     -algorithm => 'Algorithm' ;
        Function: Used to specify and initialize a data processor of search
                  algorithm results.
        Returns : A processor specific to the algorithm type, if it exists.
        Args    : -file => filename
                  -algorithm => algorithm specifier
                  -fh => filehandle to attach to (file or fh required)
